Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod works in partnership with families in need to build homes, hope, lives and community.

We have built over 160 homes on Cape Cod. 

Before purchasing their home, all Habitat home buyers contribute hundreds of hours of sweat equity helping to build their house alongside volunteers. Every home has a deed rider ensuring that it will remain affordable upon resale. 

Habitat Cape Cod also operates two ReStores, at 28 Whites Path in South Yarmouth and at 805 Gifford Street, East Falmouth. Our Restores sell gently-used home products and surplus building materials to raise funds
towards building more Habitat homes.
